We’ll make room blocks for you! What we do is negotiate with local or trans continenal hotels for room blocks for your guests!
If you call a hotel chain they are going to give you one price, you can search the internet for another price and then you’ll get an e-mail for yet another price.
We are going to save you that hassle — at NO CHARGE! — we’ll get some basic information from you:
- Bride & Groom Last Name
- Total Number of Rooms
- Average Price Range of room you are looking for
- City and State (doesn’t have to be in North Carolina and can be out of country)
- Your Contact Information
- Including E-mail
We’ll work a negoation with hotels to get you the lowest price available – and if it goes lower they will give your guests that price.
Once this is done we have the hotel sign a contract stating this information and get a contract to you – so everything is agreed upon.
And
We’ll send you a neat little e-mail that you can send to your guests letting them know of your room blocks, pricing and contact information for booking their rooms for your special day!
